So, assuming the projections hold (as I head off to bed), exactly what kind of victory dance are you going to do in your managers office in the AM? Its gotta be something really obnoxious and in your face...

Or better yet, follow the lead of the President Elect and show some class (no obnoxious victory dance)! Not rubbing it in will probably annoy him more than letting him bait you into yet another debate.

He made it easy on me and was out of the office today. :-)

My main argument with my manager was that I didn't buy the inconsistency of his argument. I think he was generally uncomfortable at the thought of Obama (race issue, maybe?), but didn't want to tell me that and had to make up other reasons....and so his reasons were patently silly and inconsistent.

I still like the guy. There will be no victory dance.

i agree. humility and unity all the way. with O's diversity, there is a piece in there to appeal to everyone. however, it may take some time to win folks over. i hope he goes for slow and steady wins the race. i think it could be a quiet and effective revolution if done right.
