200 miles, 200 miles.....

Hey running fans.

I'm off to New Hampshire and off the grid (hooray!) until Sunday,

To run some 15 miles as part of this

Through scenery like this

In a get-up like this

With teammates like this

On a team named for the generic term for this.

(Cheap Yellow Mustard, Version IV)

Should be a hoot.

The juxtaposition of headlamp, illuminating vest, and sunglasses is interesting! :-)
I had even more fun on this RTB than last time, and am sorry we didn't overlap. The only annoying thing was having to do two runs during the illumination-required hours--my vest sucked and it wasn't close to dark on the 1st run. I used duct tape to keep it in place for the long night run, and all was well again. Congrats on yet another successful RTB!

@Brandi -- yes! I was that "dusk runner" who had to head into a glaring sunset. (Much like your first run.)

Glad to hear y'all had fun. It was disappointing to not come upon the rubber chicken! We were stymied at why they started us so late .... we were never close to where you were.

My longest run, too, started at 1 a.m. and also with a 500-foot ascent over 3/4 mile that took all remaining juice out of the legs. Ah, the joy. :-)
